I’ve been punting on Tenobet since roughly February, and I figure I have enough mileage to actually comment. Came across it off someone on another board who was chasing something with decent lobby depth that didn’t have all the affordability checks you get now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, which cuts both ways.
The lobby is genuinely big — somewhere around 4,000+ slots going by the counter, with the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I grind Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, which both behave properly in browser. Live side is Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette for a change of pace. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve dabbled in for footy, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering before depositing, the requirement is fairly standard either. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. To check what’s running currently, you’ll find them over on tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, registration took about three minutes.
Payments have been generally fine for me. Visa/Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have landed within a day; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was the verification — they took a day and a half to clear my documents, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, but slower than I’d like.
Few more things: there’s no app, so it’s browser only. It’s responsive enough on my iPhone though I do miss having one. The login can be sluggish at peak times. Support’s English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the opening messages are copy-paste. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
