Been using Tenobet for the spring, and I reckon I have enough experience to say something useful. Came across it via someone on another board who wanted a site with proper game coverage that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s pretty huge — somewhere around 4,000+ games by my count, with the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Gates of Olympus, both load quick in browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — proper croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times on footy, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
On the sign-up offer is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before depositing, it’s fairly standard to be honest. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. To check current promos, you’ll find them at tenobet login rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, registration took about three minutes.
Payments have been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have landed same day twice; Visa took a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — they took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Not dodgy, just slow.
Couple of niggles: no native app, so it’s the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my phone but I’d prefer a proper app. The login is occasionally fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
