Been punting on Tenobet since roughly February, so I suppose I’ve got enough mileage to give an honest take. Came across it through a mate of mine who was chasing a site with decent lobby depth without all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, which cuts both ways.
Lobby’s honestly massive — about 4,000+ slots going by the counter, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly stick to Gates of Olympus plus Gates of Olympus, which both load quick on mobile browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve dabbled in for Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before you commit, it’s fairly standard either. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. For the what’s running currently, they’re listed over on tenobet casino if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, the form took under five minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part for me. Cards work, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed within a day; cards were slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — it took about two days to verify me, and my first withdrawal sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just a bit of a wait.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, so it’s browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though I do miss having one. Logging in sometimes gets a bit slow around weekend evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the first replies are copy-paste. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
