I’ve been playing at Tenobet since roughly February, so I figure I’ve got enough mileage to give an honest take. Found it off a mate of mine who was chasing a site with decent lobby depth without the usual affordability nonsense you get now on the UK licensed sites. Worth saying up front: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, which cuts both ways.
Lobby’s genuinely big — somewhere around 3,500+ slots last I looked, and the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I rinse Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, which both behave properly on mobile browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me on footy, it’s fine, nothing more.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before you commit, it’s fairly standard to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus as far as I can tell. For the current promos, they’re listed at tenobet casino if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is a tenner, the form took maybe two minutes.
Money side’s been generally fine in my experience. Visa and Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have come through in under 24 hours; cards were a bit longer. What did wind me up was the verification — it took 36-48 hours to verify me, which held up the first payout just sat there the whole time. Not dodgy, just a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: they don’t have an app, so you’re on browser only. Works fine on Android but an app would be nicer. Logging in can be sluggish in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
