Been using Tenobet for the spring, so I suppose I’ve got enough mileage to give an honest take. Came across it off a mate who wanted somewhere with decent game coverage without the usual deposit limit nagging you get now on the UKGC sites. Right, important bit: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Lobby’s genuinely big — about 3,000+ titles by my count, and the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I grind Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, which both behave properly on mobile browser. Live side is all Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, and you need the code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before depositing, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. For the the live offers, they’re listed at tenobet before you sign up. Minimum deposit is a tenner, the form took about three minutes.
Payments have been the better half for me. Visa/Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through same day twice; Visa took closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — it took about two days to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal sat waiting the whole time. Not a scam, just slower than I’d like.
Few more things: there’s no app, which means the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on Android but I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in can be a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies read like templates. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
