I’ve been using Tenobet for February, so I figure I’ve got a fair bit of history to give an honest take. Came across it off a mate who was after somewhere with half-decent lobby depth without the usual affordability checks you get now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s pretty huge — somewhere around 3,500+ slots last I looked, with the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I rinse Gates of Olympus and Book of Dead, which both behave properly in browser. Live side is Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve used a handful of times on the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering first, it’s fairly standard either. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. For the the live offers, you’ll find them over on tenobet before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, the form took maybe two minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; card payouts took closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — they took 36-48 hours to verify me, which held up the first payout just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, just slow.
Other gripes: there’s no app, so you’re on the mobile site. Honestly it’s fine on my phone but I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in can be sluggish in the evenings. Support’s English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the first replies read like templates. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
