I’ve been punting on Tenobet since roughly February, so I figure I’ve got enough history to actually comment. Found it off someone on another board who was after somewhere with decent game coverage without the usual deposit limit nagging you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Lobby’s genuinely big — roughly 3,000+ slots going by the counter, and the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I rinse Sweet Bonanza and Book of Dead, which both behave properly in browser. Live side is all Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve dabbled in for footy, nothing special.
The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, and you need the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Do read the terms first, the requirement is fairly standard either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. If you want to see what’s running currently, you’ll find them over on tenobet login rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s a tenner, signing up took under five minutes.
Cashouts have been the better half in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; cards were closer to three days. What did wind me up was KYC — they took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, just a bit of a wait.
Few more things: there’s no app, so it’s mobile browser only. Works fine on my iPhone though I do miss having one. Logging in sometimes gets sluggish at peak times. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages read like templates. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
