I’ve been punting on Tenobet for February, so I reckon I’ve got enough mileage to actually comment. Stumbled on it through a mate who wanted something with proper game coverage that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you run into now on the UKGC sites. Worth saying up front: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is pretty huge — somewhere around 4,000+ games last I looked, and the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming. Mainly I grind Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, both behave properly on mobile browser. Live side is Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, and it I’ve dabbled in on the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms first, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. If you want to see current promos, you’ll find them at tenobet before you sign up. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, registration took about three minutes.
Payments have been generally fine in my experience. Visa and Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; cards were slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — they took a day and a half to verify me, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Not dodgy, just slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so you’re on mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on my phone but I’d prefer a proper app. The login is occasionally sluggish around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the opening messages are copy-paste. Get past the script and they sort it.
