I’ve been playing at Tenobet since about March, so I reckon I have enough history to say something useful. Came across it through a mate of mine who was after something with proper slot coverage that didn’t have all the affordability checks you get now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s honestly massive — somewhere around 3,000+ games by my count, and the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. Mainly I grind Sweet Bonanza and Book of Dead, both behave properly in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me for the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
Bonus-wise it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before you commit, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. For the what’s running currently, you’ll find them over on is tenobet legit before you sign up. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, registration took maybe two minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part in my experience. Visa/Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; card payouts took a bit longer. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took about two days to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, but slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: they don’t have an app, which means browser only. Works fine on my iPhone though I’d prefer a proper app. The login is occasionally fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages are copy-paste. Get past the script and they sort it.
