Been punting on Tenobet since about the spring, so I figure I have enough history to say something useful. Found it through a mate who was chasing a site with decent slot coverage without all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UKGC sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s pretty huge — roughly 4,000+ games going by the counter, and the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly stick to Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, which both load quick on mobile browser. Live side is all Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve dabbled in for the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
Bonus-wise is 100% up to ?125 with 100 free spins, and you need the code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering before depositing, it’s not amazing but not predatory either. There’s no no-deposit bonus as far as I can tell. If you want to see what’s running currently, you’ll find them at tenobet review if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is a tenner, registration took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have come through within a day; cards were slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was KYC — took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal sat waiting until that cleared. Not dodgy, just slow.
Couple of niggles: there’s no app, so it’s the mobile site. Works fine on Android though an app would be nicer. The login is occasionally sluggish around weekend evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and they sort it.
