I’ve been playing at Tenobet since roughly the spring, and I reckon I’ve got enough history to give an honest take. Stumbled on it through someone on another board who was chasing somewhere with half-decent lobby depth that didn’t have all the affordability checks you get now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is pretty huge — roughly 3,500+ slots last I looked, with the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly stick to Gates of Olympus and Book of Dead, both load quick in browser. Live side is all Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve used a handful of times for the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before depositing, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. For the the live offers, have a look at tenobet if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, the form took about three minutes.
Payments have been the better half in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through same day twice; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — they took about two days to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal just sat there the whole time. Not a scam, but a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: they don’t have an app, so you’re on the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my phone but I do miss having one. The login can be sluggish around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and they sort it.
