Been punting on Tenobet since roughly the spring, and I figure I’ve got enough history to actually comment. Came across it off a mate who was after a site with decent lobby depth without all the affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that cuts both ways.
Game selection’s genuinely big — about 4,000+ games last I looked, and the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Gates of Olympus, both behave properly on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette for a change of pace. They do sports as well, and it I’ve dabbled in for the football, nothing special.
Bonus-wise it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough before depositing, the requirement is fairly standard either. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. If you want to see what’s running currently, you’ll find them over on tenobet reviews before you sign up. Min deposit’s a tenner, registration took about three minutes.
Money side’s been the stronger part for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have come through same day twice; card payouts took a bit longer. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — it took a day and a half to clear my documents, so the first cashout sat waiting until that cleared. Not a scam, just slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: there’s no app, so you’re on mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though I do miss having one. Logging in can be fiddly at peak times. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
