I’ve been punting on Tenobet for February, so I reckon I have a fair bit of experience to say something useful. Stumbled on it through a mate of mine who was chasing somewhere with decent slot coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which cuts both ways.
Lobby’s pretty huge — about 3,000+ games by my count, and the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Mainly I stick to Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, both behave properly on mobile browser. Live side is Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — proper croupiers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve dabbled in on the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing it’s 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough before depositing, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory either. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. For the current promos, they’re listed over on tenobet reviews before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, signing up took under five minutes.
Payments have been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have landed in under 24 hours; cards were slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, which held up the first payout just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slow.
Other gripes: they don’t have an app, so you’re on mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on Android but I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in sometimes gets fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and they sort it.
