I’ve been using Tenobet since about March, and I reckon I’ve got a fair bit of experience to give an honest take. Found it via a mate of mine who was after a site with decent slot coverage without the usual deposit limit nagging you get now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Lobby’s genuinely big — about 4,000+ games by my count, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly stick to Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, which both behave properly on mobile browser. Live side is Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times for the football, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 with 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering first, it’s not the loosest either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. To check current promos, you’ll find them over on tenobet login uk login if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is a tenner, registration took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been the better half for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; cards were closer to three days. What did wind me up was the verification — it took about two days to verify me, so the first cashout sat waiting until that cleared. Not dodgy, just slower than I’d like.
Few more things: no native app, which means browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my iPhone though I’d prefer a proper app. The login sometimes gets a bit slow at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the opening messages read like templates. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
