Been using Tenobet for February, so I suppose I’ve got enough experience to say something useful. Came across it through a mate of mine who wanted a site with half-decent slot coverage without all the deposit limit nagging you see everywhere now on the UKGC sites. Worth saying up front: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s pretty huge — somewhere around 3,000+ slots going by the counter, with the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly stick to Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, which both run fine in browser. The live rooms are Evolution, which means what you’re getting — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve dabbled in on the football, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Do read the terms before you commit, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. For the current promos, you’ll find them at tenobet casino rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, registration took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been the better half for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have landed within a day; card payouts took a bit longer. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — they took a day and a half to approve my ID, which held up the first payout sat waiting the whole time. Not a scam, but slow.
Couple of niggles: no native app, which means the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my phone though I do miss having one. Logging in is occasionally fiddly at peak times. Support’s live chat, English, decent, but the first replies read like templates. Push past that and they sort it.
