I’ve been punting on Tenobet since about March, so I reckon I have enough mileage to give an honest take. Stumbled on it off a mate who wanted somewhere with decent lobby depth that didn’t have the usual deposit limit nagging you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that cuts both ways.
Game selection’s pretty huge — roughly 3,000+ titles last I looked, with the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Personally I stick to Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, which both behave properly in browser. Live side is all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, which gets a bit of use from me for the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
The welcome thing it’s a 100% match to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Read the wagering before you commit, it’s not the loosest to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. If you want to see what’s running currently, they’re listed at tenobet before you sign up. Minimum deposit is ?10, the form took under five minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part in my experience. Visa and Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have come through same day twice; card payouts took closer to three days. My main gripe was the verification — they took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: there’s no app, so you’re on browser only. Works fine on my iPhone but an app would be nicer. Logging in can be fiddly around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the first replies feel a bit scripted. Push past that and they’re helpful enough.
