I’ve been punting on Tenobet since roughly February, so I reckon I have a fair bit of experience to say something useful. Came across it off someone on another board who was after something with half-decent slot coverage without the usual affordability nonsense you run into now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, which cuts both ways.
The lobby is genuinely big — about 3,000+ slots going by the counter, and the providers that matter are present: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Gates of Olympus, both load quick on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, which I’ve used a handful of times for the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
Bonus-wise it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough first, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. To check current promos, have a look at tenobet review rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, registration took maybe two minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through same day twice; cards were slower, 3-4 days. My main gripe was KYC — they took about two days to verify me, and my first withdrawal sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, but a bit of a wait.
Couple of niggles: no native app, which means the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on Android but I do miss having one. The login is occasionally sluggish in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the opening messages read like templates. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
