I’ve been playing at Tenobet since roughly February, and I suppose I have enough mileage to actually comment. Came across it via someone on another board who wanted somewhere with half-decent slot coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability nonsense you get now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Lobby’s genuinely big — roughly 3,500+ titles by my count, and the usual heavy hitters all turn up: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, which both behave properly in browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve dabbled in for Premier League, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before you commit, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. If you want to see what’s running currently, have a look at tenobet review if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, signing up took under five minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine for me. Visa/Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed in under 24 hours; Visa took closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took about two days to verify me, which held up the first payout sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, just slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: no native app, which means browser only. It’s responsive enough on Android but I do miss having one. The login is occasionally a bit slow in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Ask a specific question and they sort it.
