Been using Tenobet since about the spring, so I suppose I’ve got enough experience to give an honest take. Came across it through someone on another board who was after something with half-decent lobby depth that didn’t have the usual affordability checks you see everywhere now on the UKGC sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s honestly massive — about 3,500+ slots going by the counter, and the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Mainly I stick to Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, both load quick on mobile browser. Live side is all Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve dabbled in on footy, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer it’s a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, and you need the code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before depositing, it’s fairly standard to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. To check the live offers, have a look over on tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, the form took under five minutes.
Money side’s been the better half for me. Visa and Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; card payouts took closer to three days. What did wind me up was the verification — took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, so the first cashout sat waiting until that cleared. Not dodgy, just a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: they don’t have an app, so it’s the mobile site. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though an app would be nicer. The login is occasionally sluggish at peak times. Support’s fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
