I’ve been punting on Tenobet since about March, so I reckon I’ve got enough mileage to give an honest take. Stumbled on it via a mate who was chasing something with proper lobby depth without the usual affordability nonsense you run into now on the UK licensed sites. Worth saying up front: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is genuinely big — roughly 3,000+ games by my count, and the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I rinse Sweet Bonanza and Book of Dead, both run fine in browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — proper croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, which I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, nothing special.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before depositing, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. For the what’s running currently, have a look at tenobet review if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is a tenner, the form took maybe two minutes.
Money side’s been the better half in my experience. Visa/Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — it took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slow.
Other gripes: no native app, which means mobile browser only. Works fine on Android but an app would be nicer. Logging in can be fiddly in the evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the first replies are copy-paste. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
