Been playing at Tenobet since roughly February, so I suppose I have enough history to actually comment. Stumbled on it off a mate of mine who was after something with half-decent game coverage without the usual affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the UKGC sites. Worth saying up front: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s honestly massive — roughly 3,500+ titles by my count, with the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly grind Gates of Olympus and Book of Dead, both run fine in browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it gets a bit of use from me on Premier League, nothing special.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 with 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before depositing, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing that I could find. If you want to see the live offers, you’ll find them over on tenobet casino before you sign up. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, signing up took maybe two minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed same day twice; cards were a bit longer. What did wind me up was the verification — they took a day and a half to verify me, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Not a scam, but a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: they don’t have an app, so it’s the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my iPhone but I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets fiddly around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Push past that and they sort it.
