I’ve been playing at Tenobet since about March, so I suppose I’ve got a fair bit of experience to say something useful. Found it off someone on another board who was after a site with proper lobby depth that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you run into now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which cuts both ways.
Game selection’s genuinely big — somewhere around 4,000+ games by my count, and the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming. I mostly rinse Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, both run fine on mobile browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times on Premier League, it’s fine, nothing more.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 with 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before depositing, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. To check current promos, they’re listed at tenobet reviews rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, signing up took about three minutes.
Money side’s been generally fine in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have landed within a day; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took 36-48 hours to verify me, and my first withdrawal just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, but a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: no native app, so it’s the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my phone though I do miss having one. Logging in can be fiddly at peak times. Customer service at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the first replies feel a bit scripted. Push past that and they sort it.
