I’ve been using Tenobet since roughly the spring, and I figure I’ve got enough experience to give an honest take. Found it through a mate who wanted something with half-decent game coverage that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s pretty huge — roughly 3,500+ slots last I looked, with the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Personally I grind Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, both load quick on mobile browser. Live side is all Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — proper croupiers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. They do sports as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times on the football, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 plus 100 free spins, and you need the code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering first, it’s fairly standard either. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. For the what’s running currently, they’re listed at tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s a tenner, registration took under five minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part for me. Visa and Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was the verification — took about two days to clear my documents, which held up the first payout just sat there until that cleared. Not a scam, just a bit of a wait.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, so you’re on browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though I’d prefer a proper app. The login sometimes gets a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the opening messages are copy-paste. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
