Been playing at Tenobet since about March, so I reckon I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to say something useful. Found it via a mate who was after a site with decent slot coverage without all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is honestly massive — roughly 4,000+ slots last I looked, with the providers that matter are present: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I stick to Sweet Bonanza plus Sweet Bonanza, both run fine in browser. Live side is all Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, and it gets a bit of use from me on footy, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
On the sign-up offer is a 100% match to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering first, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory either. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. If you want to see the live offers, have a look over on tenobet casino if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, registration took under five minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part in my experience. Cards work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have landed within a day; Visa took closer to three days. What did wind me up was the verification — it took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, but slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: no native app, which means browser only. Works fine on my iPhone though I do miss having one. The login can be sluggish at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the first replies are copy-paste. Ask a specific question and they’re helpful enough.
