I’ve been playing at Tenobet for March, so I suppose I’ve got enough mileage to actually comment. Found it through a mate who was after somewhere with proper lobby depth without the usual deposit limit nagging you get now on the UK licensed sites. Worth saying up front: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Lobby’s pretty huge — somewhere around 4,000+ slots last I looked, and the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I rinse Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, which both run fine in browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve used a handful of times for footy, it’s fine, nothing more.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering before depositing, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. For the what’s running currently, you’ll find them at tenobet reviews before you sign up. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, signing up took under five minutes.
Payments have been generally fine in my experience. Visa and Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through within a day; cards were closer to three days. My main gripe was KYC — took about two days to clear my documents, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Not dodgy, but slower than I’d like.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, so you’re on browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my iPhone but I do miss having one. Logging in can be a bit slow at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
