Been punting on Tenobet since roughly the spring, so I figure I have enough mileage to say something useful. Came across it via a mate who was after something with proper lobby depth that didn’t have the usual affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that cuts both ways.
The lobby is honestly massive — roughly 3,500+ games by my count, and the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I stick to Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, both behave properly in browser. The live rooms are Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, which I’ve used a handful of times for Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Do read the terms before you commit, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. For the the live offers, have a look over on tenobet if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, signing up took under five minutes.
Money side’s been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have come through same day twice; Visa took a bit longer. What did wind me up was the verification — they took a day and a half to clear my documents, which held up the first payout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, but slow.
Other gripes: no native app, which means the mobile site. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though I’d prefer a proper app. The login sometimes gets a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the first replies feel a bit scripted. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
