I’ve been using Tenobet since about February, and I reckon I’ve got enough experience to say something useful. Came across it off someone on another board who was chasing a site with decent game coverage without the usual affordability checks you get now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that cuts both ways.
The lobby is honestly massive — about 4,000+ games going by the counter, and the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I stick to Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, both load quick in browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. They do sports as well, which I’ve used a handful of times for footy, nothing special.
The welcome thing it’s 100% up to ?125 with 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering before depositing, it’s fairly standard to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. For the current promos, you’ll find them at tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is a tenner, registration took under five minutes.
Money side’s been the stronger part for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; card payouts took closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — it took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, so the first cashout sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, but slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: they don’t have an app, so it’s the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on Android but I’d prefer a proper app. The login sometimes gets sluggish at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the opening messages read like templates. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
