Been using Tenobet since about the spring, and I figure I have a fair bit of history to say something useful. Came across it through someone on another board who was chasing somewhere with proper lobby depth that didn’t have the usual deposit limit nagging you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, which cuts both ways.
The lobby is pretty huge — roughly 3,500+ games last I looked, with the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, which both run fine in browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, which gets a bit of use from me on the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering before depositing, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. If you want to see current promos, have a look over on tenobet casino before you sign up. Min deposit’s a tenner, signing up took about three minutes.
Payments have been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have landed within a day; cards were slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, just slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: there’s no app, which means browser only. Works fine on my phone though I do miss having one. Logging in sometimes gets a bit slow in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies are copy-paste. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
