I’ve been using Tenobet since about February, so I figure I have a fair bit of history to say something useful. Came across it via a mate of mine who was chasing a site with decent game coverage that didn’t have the usual deposit limit nagging you get now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s pretty huge — about 3,500+ games by my count, with the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, which both run fine in browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — proper croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, which gets a bit of use from me on the football, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering before you commit, the requirement is fairly standard either. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. To check what’s running currently, you’ll find them at tenobet reviews if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, registration took under five minutes.
Payments have been the better half for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; card payouts took a bit longer. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — it took a day and a half to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, but slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: there’s no app, so you’re on mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on Android but I’d prefer a proper app. The login is occasionally sluggish in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the first replies read like templates. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
