Been playing on Craybet for roughly six weeks or so and figured I’d share my experience because there’s not much discussion about it in this forum. Signed up after seeing an ad and the whole process literally took 90 seconds. Starting deposit was $10 and that’s about what you’d expect. I grabbed a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and fifty free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Playthrough requirements were 35 times the bonus which could be lower but not the worst I’ve seen.
The game library is honestly pretty solid. They’ve got titles from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, and Microgaming — meaning Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, that kind of thing. Probably close to 2000 games including table games. Live dealer stuff uses Evolution and it’s legit — played some baccarat and Crazy Time with real dealers and had no complaints.
Tbh the thing that annoyed me a little was how long cashouts take. I used Bitcoin and it took about 48 hours for my first withdrawal. Second time around it was faster. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and BTC which covers most bases. You can look at what they’ve got going on at Craybet review if you’re interested.
Mobile experience on Craybet on my phone is actually smooth. There’s no app to download but the mobile site loads fast and all the games load fine. Played some slots on my commute and didn’t notice any performance issues.
Customer service on Craybet is alright — they have live chat that actually connects in under five minutes most times. I contacted them about a pending withdrawal and it was resolved same day. Not sure about Curacao licensed and that’s typical of offshore casinos. It’s not flawless — promo codes seem rare — but as a daily player I’m still using it.
