Been playing on Craybet for about a couple months and thought I’d throw out my experience because there’s not much discussion about it around here. Registered randomly one night and the whole process literally took a couple minutes. Min deposit was ten bucks which is pretty standard. They threw in a welcome bonus — matched my first deposit 100% up to 500 plus fifty free spins on Gates of Olympus. Playthrough requirements were 35x and that isn’t amazing but it’s manageable.
Their slots catalog is honestly pretty solid. There’s titles from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, and Play’n GO — so like Gates of Olympus, Starburst, that kind of thing. Somewhere around a couple thousand titles including table games. Live casino is powered by Evolution and it’s legit — played some baccarat and Crazy Time with real dealers and had no complaints.
Tbh the thing I wasn’t thrilled about was withdrawal times. Withdrew via Bitcoin and waited almost two days the first time. After that though things sped up. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and BTC which covers pretty much everything you’d want. You can look at their current offers over at Craybet free spins before you sign up.
Using Craybet on my phone worked better than expected. There’s no app to download but the web app runs well and everything works fine. Was playing a few sessions on the bus and didn’t notice any problems.
Customer service on Craybet has been okay — there’s a chat widget that gets you a person in under five minutes most times. Had to ask about a bonus that didn’t credit and they sorted it same day. I think they’re operating under a Curacao license which is standard for offshore casinos. Not everything is amazing — the bonus wagering could be lower — but overall it does the job for me.
