So I’ve been playing on Craybet for roughly six weeks or so and thought I’d throw out some thoughts because there’s not a ton of talk about them in this forum. Registered randomly one night and signing up was like a couple minutes. Minimum deposit is ten bucks which is normal for US-facing sites. I grabbed a welcome bonus — matched my first deposit 100% up to 500 plus fifty free spins on Gates of Olympus. Wagering was 35 times the bonus which could be lower but not the worst I’ve seen.
Game selection is bigger than I expected. You’ll find stuff from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, and Big Time Gaming — so like Gates of Olympus, Gonzo’s Quest, that kind of thing. I’d guess maybe 1500-2000 slots including table games. The live dealer section uses Evolution which is smooth — tried roulette and Lightning Roulette with real dealers and zero lag issues.
One thing I wasn’t thrilled about was withdrawal times. I used Bitcoin and waited almost two days the first time. Second time around it dropped to like 24 hours. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, and crypto which is pretty much everything you’d want. You can check out what they’ve got going on at svnewtech[/url] before you sign up.
Using Craybet from my iPhone worked better than expected. No dedicated app though the web app loads fast and everything works fine. Played a few sessions on my commute and didn’t notice any problems.
Customer service on Craybet has been decent — live chat that actually connects pretty quick usually. Had to ask about a pending withdrawal and it was resolved pretty quickly. I think they’re Curacao-based from what I can tell and that’s standard for platforms like this. Wouldn’t say it’s perfect — promo codes seem rare — but for what it is it does the job for me.
