So I’ve been playing on Craybet for like two months now and wanted to share some thoughts since there isn’t a ton of talk about this place around here. I signed up randomly one night and the whole process took maybe a couple minutes. Starting deposit was $10 which is pretty standard. I grabbed a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and fifty free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Rollover is 35x and that is kinda average but it’s manageable.
Game selection is decent honestly. There’s games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, plus Microgaming — so like Gates of Olympus, Gonzo’s Quest, that kind of thing. I’d guess maybe a couple thousand titles when you add it all up. Live casino runs on Evolution and it’s legit — played some roulette and Lightning Roulette with real dealers and it worked great.
One thing that annoyed me a little was payout speed. Tried cashing out with Skrill and it took about 48 hours for my first withdrawal. After that though things sped up. You can use Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and crypto which covers pretty much everything you’d want. I’d look at what they’ve got going on at Craybet deposit methods before you sign up.
Using Craybet on mobile was surprisingly good. There’s no app to download — the web app runs well and everything works no problem. Was playing Book of Dead on the bus and had zero lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet has been okay — live chat and someone actually responds within a few minutes when I’ve used it. I contacted them about a pending withdrawal and got it fixed pretty quickly. Licensing is Curacao-based from what I can tell and that’s typical of platforms like this. Wouldn’t say it’s perfect — promo codes seem rare — but as a daily player it does the job for me.
