I’ve been playing on Craybet for roughly two months now and wanted to share what I think since I haven’t seen many posts about it around here. Registered on a whim and registration was like two minutes. Min deposit was $10 which is normal for US-facing sites. Got a sign-up bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and fifty free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Playthrough requirements were 35x and that is kinda average but it’s manageable.
Game selection is decent honestly. They’ve got titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, and Microgaming — meaning Gates of Olympus, Gonzo’s Quest, that kind of thing. Somewhere around 1500-2000 slots total if you count everything. Live dealer stuff is powered by Evolution and it’s quality — tried blackjack and Crazy Time with real dealers and had no complaints.
Now the one thing I wasn’t thrilled about was withdrawal times. Tried cashing out with Visa and it took about 48 hours for my first withdrawal. After that though it was faster. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, and BTC which covers pretty much everything you’d want. You can check out what they’ve got going on at Craybet review if you’re interested.
Mobile experience on Craybet on my phone was surprisingly good. There’s no app to download — the browser version is responsive and slots and live games work no problem. Was playing a few sessions on the bus and had zero performance issues.
Customer service on Craybet is decent — there’s a chat widget that gets you a person in under five minutes usually. Had to ask about a bonus that didn’t credit and they sorted it same day. Not sure about Curacao licensed which is standard for platforms like this. Not everything is amazing — the bonus wagering could be lower — but as a daily player I’m still using it.
