I’ve been playing at Tenobet since about the spring, so I reckon I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to actually comment. Found it off someone on another board who wanted somewhere with half-decent game coverage that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s pretty huge — somewhere around 3,000+ games by my count, with the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I stick to Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, both behave properly on mobile browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve used a handful of times on the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 free spins, you have to use the code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Do read the terms before you commit, it’s fairly standard either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. To check what’s running currently, you’ll find them over on tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, the form took maybe two minutes.
Money side’s been the better half for me. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; cards were a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — it took a day and a half to verify me, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: no native app, so it’s browser only. Works fine on my phone though I do miss having one. The login is occasionally fiddly around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
