Been using Tenobet since roughly the spring, so I suppose I’ve got a fair bit of history to say something useful. Found it off someone on another board who was chasing a site with decent game coverage without all the deposit limit nagging you run into now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s pretty huge — roughly 4,000+ slots last I looked, with the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play’n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly grind Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, both load quick on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve dabbled in for Premier League, it’s fine, nothing more.
Bonus-wise is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough first, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing unfortunately. If you want to see the live offers, they’re listed at tenobet casino before you sign up. Minimum deposit is ?10, the form took under five minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part for me. Visa and Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through within a day; cards were closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — it took about two days to clear my documents, so the first cashout sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so it’s mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on my phone though I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the first replies feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
