I’ve been playing at Tenobet since roughly the spring, and I suppose I’ve got enough experience to actually comment. Found it via a mate of mine who was chasing something with half-decent slot coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is genuinely big — roughly 3,000+ slots last I looked, and the usual heavy hitters are all there: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly grind Sweet Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza, both behave properly in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, which gets a bit of use from me for Premier League, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms first, it’s not the loosest either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. If you want to see what’s running currently, you’ll find them at tenobet login if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, the form took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine in my experience. Visa/Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed in under 24 hours; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. My main gripe was the verification — it took a day and a half to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal sat waiting the whole time. Not a scam, just slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, which means browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my iPhone but an app would be nicer. The login is occasionally sluggish at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the first replies are copy-paste. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
