I’ve been playing at Tenobet since roughly the spring, so I suppose I’ve got a fair bit of history to actually comment. Came across it via someone on another board who was after something with half-decent slot coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability nonsense you run into now on the UKGC sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which cuts both ways.
Lobby’s genuinely big — about 3,000+ slots last I looked, and the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Mainly I rinse Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, which both behave properly in browser. Live side is all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — proper croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve used a handful of times on footy, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Read the wagering first, it’s fairly standard to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. If you want to see current promos, they’re listed at tenobet casino rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, the form took under five minutes.
Payments have been the better half for me. Visa and Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed in under 24 hours; Visa took a bit longer. What did wind me up was KYC — it took 36-48 hours to verify me, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: no native app, so you’re on browser only. Works fine on my phone but I do miss having one. Logging in sometimes gets sluggish at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
