I’ve been using Tenobet since about February, and I figure I have a fair bit of mileage to say something useful. Came across it off a mate who wanted a site with proper game coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s genuinely big — roughly 4,000+ titles last I looked, and the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I stick to Sweet Bonanza plus Gates of Olympus, both load quick on mobile browser. Live side is all Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, which I’ve dabbled in on the football, nothing special.
The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough before you commit, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. To check current promos, they’re listed over on tenobet casino if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is a tenner, registration took maybe two minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part in my experience. Visa and Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed within a day; cards were slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, so the first cashout sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, just slow.
Couple of niggles: there’s no app, which means mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on Android though an app would be nicer. Logging in can be sluggish at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the opening messages read like templates. Ask a specific question and they sort it.
