I’ve been punting on Tenobet for February, so I figure I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to actually comment. Came across it off a mate who wanted something with decent lobby depth without all the deposit limit nagging you get now on the UKGC sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s pretty huge — about 4,000+ slots by my count, with the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly rinse Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, which both run fine in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. They do sports as well, which I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, it’s fine, nothing more.
Bonus-wise is 100% up to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Check the playthrough before you commit, the requirement is fairly standard either. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. To check current promos, they’re listed over on tenobet casino before you sign up. Min deposit’s a tenner, the form took under five minutes.
Money side’s been the better half in my experience. Visa and Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed in under 24 hours; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was the verification — took a day and a half to clear my documents, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slower than I’d like.
Few more things: there’s no app, so it’s the mobile site. Works fine on Android though an app would be nicer. The login can be a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages read like templates. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
