I’ve been using Tenobet for March, so I suppose I have a fair bit of history to give an honest take. Found it off a mate of mine who wanted somewhere with proper game coverage that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s genuinely big — somewhere around 3,500+ games last I looked, with the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I rinse Sweet Bonanza plus Gates of Olympus, which both behave properly on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — proper croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, which gets a bit of use from me on Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, and you need the code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms first, it’s fairly standard to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing that I could find. If you want to see the live offers, they’re listed at tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, registration took under five minutes.
Money side’s been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have landed within a day; cards were a bit longer. What did wind me up was KYC — took about two days to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just a bit of a wait.
Couple of niggles: no native app, so you’re on the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my iPhone though I do miss having one. Logging in sometimes gets fiddly around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
