Been playing at Tenobet since roughly March, so I reckon I have enough mileage to say something useful. Stumbled on it through a mate of mine who wanted a site with decent game coverage without all the deposit limit nagging you get now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, which cuts both ways.
Lobby’s pretty huge — somewhere around 3,000+ slots going by the counter, and the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I grind Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, which both behave properly on mobile browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve dabbled in on footy, nothing special.
The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Read the wagering first, the requirement is not the loosest either. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. To check current promos, have a look over on tenobet rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, the form took maybe two minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part in my experience. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through same day twice; Visa took a bit longer. What did wind me up was KYC — they took a day and a half to clear my documents, so the first cashout just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: no native app, which means the mobile site. Honestly it’s fine on Android though I’d prefer a proper app. The login can be fiddly around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
