I’ve been playing at Tenobet since about March, so I reckon I have enough history to actually comment. Stumbled on it through someone on another board who was chasing a site with proper slot coverage without the usual affordability checks you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s genuinely big — roughly 4,000+ games by my count, with the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly grind Sweet Bonanza plus Gates of Olympus, both behave properly on mobile browser. Live side is Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which gets a bit of use from me for Premier League, nothing special.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 and 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before depositing, it’s fairly standard to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. For the the live offers, have a look over on tenobet before you sign up. Minimum deposit is a tenner, registration took under five minutes.
Payments have been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have come through in under 24 hours; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — it took about two days to clear my documents, which held up the first payout sat waiting until that cleared. Not a scam, but slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so it’s browser only. Honestly it’s fine on Android but I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in is occasionally fiddly around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages read like templates. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
