Been punting on Tenobet since about the spring, and I reckon I have a fair bit of mileage to give an honest take. Came across it through a mate who wanted a site with half-decent game coverage without the usual affordability nonsense you run into now on the UK licensed sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.
Game selection’s pretty huge — about 4,000+ titles going by the counter, and the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, which both behave properly on mobile browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which gets a bit of use from me for footy, nothing special.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, and you need the code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough before you commit, the requirement is fairly standard to be honest. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. For the the live offers, they’re listed at tenobet casino rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, signing up took maybe two minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part in my experience. Visa/Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed same day twice; Visa took closer to three days. My main gripe was the verification — it took about two days to clear my documents, which held up the first payout sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, but a bit of a wait.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so it’s browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my iPhone though I do miss having one. Logging in sometimes gets sluggish at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the first replies feel a bit scripted. Ask a specific question and they sort it.
