Been playing at Tenobet since about March, and I figure I’ve got a fair bit of history to give an honest take. Came across it via a mate of mine who was chasing a site with half-decent game coverage that didn’t have all the affordability checks you get now on the regulated UK ones. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that cuts both ways.
Lobby’s pretty huge — roughly 4,000+ titles last I looked, with the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. Mainly I rinse Sweet Bonanza and Book of Dead, both load quick on mobile browser. Live side is all Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve dabbled in on footy, it’s fine, nothing more.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, you have to use the code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Check the playthrough before depositing, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. To check the live offers, you’ll find them over on tenobet before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, registration took about three minutes.
Money side’s been the better half for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through same day twice; cards were a bit longer. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took a day and a half to approve my ID, which held up the first payout just sat there the whole time. Not a scam, just slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so it’s the mobile site. Works fine on my phone though an app would be nicer. Logging in sometimes gets sluggish at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
