Been playing at Tenobet since roughly February, so I figure I have enough history to actually comment. Came across it off a mate of mine who was after a site with decent lobby depth that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is honestly massive — somewhere around 3,500+ titles by my count, and the providers that matter are present: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly grind Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, which both load quick in browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. They do sports as well, which I’ve used a handful of times on Premier League, nothing special.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms before you commit, the requirement is fairly standard either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. If you want to see what’s running currently, they’re listed over on tenobet before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, signing up took under five minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have come through in under 24 hours; card payouts took a bit longer. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — took a day and a half to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal sat waiting the whole time. Nothing shady about it, just slow.
Other gripes: no native app, which means the mobile site. Works fine on my iPhone though an app would be nicer. The login is occasionally a bit slow in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the first replies are copy-paste. Ask a specific question and they sort it.
