I’ve been playing at Tenobet since about March, so I figure I have enough mileage to say something useful. Found it off someone on another board who wanted something with decent game coverage that didn’t have the usual deposit limit nagging you get now on the UKGC sites. Right, important bit: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s pretty huge — about 3,000+ slots last I looked, and the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly grind Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, which both load quick in browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before depositing, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. To check what’s running currently, you’ll find them over on tenobet if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is a tenner, the form took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine for me. Cards work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have come through within a day; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took a day and a half to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal just sat there the whole time. Not dodgy, just slow.
Few more things: no native app, so you’re on browser only. Honestly it’s fine on Android but I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets fiddly around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
