I’ve been punting on Tenobet since roughly the spring, and I suppose I’ve got enough mileage to give an honest take. Stumbled on it via someone on another board who was chasing something with decent slot coverage that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Lobby’s honestly massive — roughly 4,000+ games last I looked, with the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Mainly I grind Gates of Olympus plus Gates of Olympus, both load quick in browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it I’ve dabbled in on the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
The welcome thing it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 free spins, and you need the code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough before depositing, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing that I could find. To check the live offers, they’re listed at tenobet before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, registration took maybe two minutes.
Payments have been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. E-wallet withdrawals have landed within a day; Visa took closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — it took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, so the first cashout sat waiting the whole time. Not dodgy, just a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: no native app, so it’s browser only. It’s responsive enough on Android though I do miss having one. The login sometimes gets fiddly around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
