Been using Tenobet since about the spring, and I reckon I have enough experience to give an honest take. Found it via someone on another board who was chasing somewhere with half-decent slot coverage that didn’t have the usual affordability checks you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s pretty huge — roughly 3,500+ titles by my count, with the names you’d want are all there: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I grind Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, both load quick on mobile browser. Live side is Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, nothing special.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you’ll want the code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Read the wagering before you commit, it’s not the loosest either. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. To check what’s running currently, have a look over on tenobet login before you sign up. Min deposit’s a tenner, the form took maybe two minutes.
Payments have been the stronger part in my experience. Visa/Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have come through same day twice; cards were a bit longer. What did wind me up was the verification — it took a day and a half to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Not a scam, but slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: there’s no app, so it’s mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though I do miss having one. Logging in can be sluggish around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
