I’ve been punting on Tenobet since roughly the spring, so I suppose I’ve got enough history to give an honest take. Found it through a mate of mine who wanted a site with half-decent slot coverage that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s honestly massive — somewhere around 3,500+ slots going by the counter, with the usual heavy hitters all turn up: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly rinse Gates of Olympus plus Sweet Bonanza, both run fine in browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — actual dealers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, which I’ve dabbled in for footy, it’s fine, nothing more.
Bonus-wise is 100% up to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering first, the requirement is not the loosest to be honest. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. To check the live offers, you’ll find them at tenobet casino before you sign up. Minimum deposit is a tenner, signing up took about three minutes.
Cashouts have been the better half in my experience. Cards work, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through same day twice; card payouts took a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so it’s the mobile site. Honestly it’s fine on my iPhone but an app would be nicer. Logging in can be fiddly in the evenings. Support’s fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the first replies are copy-paste. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
